This App once again proves that the iPhone is amazing! Great job. Visually stunning!

This is really engaging. Def enough to motivate me to do more yoga at home.

This Demo lived up to the expectations and left me wanting more. So I bought the full version and use it every day.

This app stands out in everything it does. From the Icon itself to the built in audio commentary this is a Home Run. Gonna go now... check the full version out :)

Very nice. Great little demo. Would be nice to see a little more poses on the demo though, altogether great though. Keep up the good work.

I just started doing yoga at home and this helps alot in my rutine. I cant wait to buy the full version.

it only has about 45 poses, and only about half of them are intercompatible with other poses on the list... not a great tool unless you are an established yogi... not for newbies or learners...

Well the app itself isnt bad overall but I think some of the positions are a bit too advanced. Then again maybe I just need to be more limber I guess.

Whatever very basic has only like 6 poses in it and not really good visuals

The use of silhouettes doesnt allow the beginner to see details of how a pose should be done, and the verbal instructions are minimal "stand up into warrior pose" where they should be finely detailsd. If you dont already know what you are doing, this app wont provide the detailed help you will need to get started, and could lead to injury.

It takes a really long time to download the yoga stretches are good but it takes forever to download!!!

Doesnt work. Dont bother.

Seems like just an ad for the full version. You cant even get a feel for the app. It blocks you from the vast majority if the poses. Wont be buying in protest. Will delete free app.

This app is the worst, it is bland, lacks to much, and is just out right bad

Its exactly what it was made for. I just started using it and it is very well done.

Hello, my name is Brittney, and this is my true story on my experience with this app. Today, i felt as if i should try some yoga just to take my mind off of things and find my inner peace. So i went wandering through the app store to try and find myself a nice yoga app. But suddenly i realized i had no more money left on my itunes giftcard, so i had to get a free app. I lost hope in finding a good yoga app that was free because i thought the only good ones cost money. But as i was scrolling through these apps, my eyes came across this one that i just had to check out. I read the info about it, and looked at the pictures, and even read a couple reviews, and it sounded good! I downloaded it excitedly and waited. When it finished dowloading, my heart skipped a beat and with a smile stretched ear to ear, i headed to my garage where i set up my yoga mat, turned off the music that was on and switched my fan on low. I even grabbed my big ol yoga ball just in case. Then i clicked on the app, and while it loaded, i stopped to remember how far id come to find this app. I was soo grateful. It came up and so i took my seat on my mat and clicked to start. The first two poses were working good, relieving some of the stress built up in me. But when it changed to the fourth pose, i was in utter shock! It was the same pose as the last one! I clicked the next button and thats when my heart just sank. It repeated three different poses twice and then when my index finger touched the next button i had no clue that it was the last time i would ever do that. A little bubble popped up. I read it full of sorrow as those few words processed in my head. It had said "Thanks for trying Yoga Stretch Lite, please upgrade to the full version." When i finished reading that, my jaw dropped. That was it!!!! It was a total of 5 poses, and thats it. I knew it was just a lite version, but even for that i expected more out of it. It is partly my fault for believing that a free app could meet my expectations but still... I quietly hung my head and rolled up my mat, put my ball away, turned off the fan, and dragged back inside, too disappointed to just look for another app. That one thing had ruined the whole day for me. From a yoga app that is supposed to relieve stress, had ended up building up more stress in me. And that is my sad sad true story. For those who have read my story, i hope u listen to me when i say this app is not even worth being free, THEY should pay YOU to buy this app. MY FEELINGS: heartbroken And that concludes my absolutly true review of this horrible app.

Confusing instructions and too few poses for a normal asana sequence.

Can only see 6 poses then asked to buy full version. If say no cannot see any more poses so saying there are 80 or whatever is false advertising. Also agree that silhouettes are not adequate.

The paid version of this app is a Rip Off! Do NOT buy it! I paid for it have the receipt and everything and somehow it has been removed from my system - leaving the lite version. I have sent emails to the developer and have not received any re Beware!tav

Its an ok app bud not for the starters on the yoga thing.
