Im extremely pleased with the concept and happy with the selection of poses & tutorial.
The interface is just ok, but the editing page is hard to read and you dont have a lot of control beyond selecting the sequence of poses.
For example, the pose selection ALWAYS included both left and right sides instead of allowing you to only ONE side (right or left) of a sequence followed by the sequence of move on the other.instead you are bouncing back and forth from left to right durin your whole routine.
This fix ALONE would change my vote to 5 stars! But the ability to insert a pose in an already created sequence (instead of deleting & starting over) would be great, as would the ability to adjust the length of time each pose is held.
In the end its great for a warm up/ stretching but lacks enough control to build a proper and SAFE workout.
I would love this app SO MUCH if it had that L/R side issue fixed...
